Weekly bookings are Sat. to Sat.  Must book a minimum of three days unless you've talked to us in advance - subject to availability.

Refunds/Cancellations
​We understand sometimes things don't work out... we will gladly provide refunds when you cancel within 30 days of your stay - less a processing fee of up to 20%, for a full refund you must contact us within 24 hours. Contact us to arrange the return - 616-204-8822 or [email protected] .

After bookings are confirmed we will provide lock box and/or key pick up instructions based on your rental location.

General Terms and Conditions:
In an effort to ensure a comfortable, safe, and positive experience for all guests and residents we ask our guest to please acknowledge your understanding and agreement to the following terms in addition to any additional unique conditions of your reservation agreement or discussion with us:

1. Parties or exceeding the occupancy limit is not permitted at any time
2. Smoking is not permitted within the unit, in the building, or in any outdoor areas associated with the building or the unit. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if there is evidence of a violation of this policy.
3. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.
4. The property, appliances, fixtures, and furnishings must be kept in good working order. A minimum $150 fee in addition to replacement costs will be charged for missing and/or damaged items.
5. Pets are permitted in certain units with Advance Approval. A minimum $150 fee will be charged in the case a pet is brought into the unit without management approval.
6. All linens that are in the unit are solely there for use by the guests within unit. The linens should not be removed from the unit for any reason. In the case that the provided linen is missing a minimum $150 charge in addition to replacement costs will be incurred.
7. There is no daily housekeeping service.
8. In the case of severe, inclement weather, no refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service has indicated evacuations are necessary.
9. Cancellation policy: Within 24 hours, guests can change without penalty.  After that, any time prior to 14 days from the check-in date guests can change for a refund less a 20% penalty. Within 14 days, to cancel a stay, guest will pay for the first night in full and 50% for any days beyond that.
10. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Prince Family Vacations and its partners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Fee Structure:
These fees are provided as guidelines for additional charges that we may need to assess under certain circumstances.  We want your stay and those around you in the adjoining properties to be a pleasant one.  We try to be flexible, reasonable and accommodating - please reach out and talk with us we want to work with you to avoid any unnecessary issues or charges. 

Party/Over-occupancy Fee: minimum of $500
Smoking Fee: minimum of $500
Unauthorized Pet Fee: $150 per day of reservation
Parking Pass and/or Key or Keyfob Replacement Fee: minimum of $150
Excessive Cleaning: minimum of $50/hour
Unauthorized Late Checkout/Stayover: minimum of $125/hour
Furniture/Appliance Loss or Damage: minimum $150
