We will send you exact details when you book with us. Don't worry we will make it super easy for you to get settled in and checked out!
What else is there to do in the area?
Yes! There is lots to do in the area. Just check out either our Vacation Ideas page or the PFV Travel Blog for starters. But also Trip Advisor, Google and some of the links to the resources at the bottom of our pages can provide lots more information.
Are pets allowed?
We do allow some pets, but reserve the right to refuse certain pets; therefore certain conditions apply. Please contact us in advance to discuss your pet and be sure to check out the policies page for conditions for damages or extra cleaning that may apply. How do i get more linens?
Guests must bring their own bath towels. All linens and hand towels for bath and kitchen are supplied.
What do I do if i'm running late?
It is suggested that you call an hour or so prior to arrival so a host will be there if you are running behind.
What if there is a problem at the property?
Micheal Kroon has kept the property running for 20 twenty plus should something go wrong it is advised that the guest(s) contact Mike who will try and resolve the problem as soon as possible. You can reach Mike at (insert Mike's phone number)
How do I get access to the wifi?
A WIFI code is provided @ Diamond Lake upon request; many have Jet/Packs, or, Air Cards. Roger’s Place has no WIFI.
